Every membership gives you a custom-built, mobile-optimized website, a 3-month Design Window(with up to 3 major design revisions), an on-brand photo + b-roll shoot, ongoing content updates, SEO & performance maintenance, and access to your private client portal—handled by real people, no bots.
All plans require a 12-month minimum, so we can invest deeply in your brand without worrying about early cancellations. After 12 months you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
It’s your first three months of membership—think of it as “planting season.” During this time we build your site’s foundation and let you request up to 3 major design revisions plus minor tweaks. After month 3, the design is set and we move into maintenance mode.
Use your Client Portal to leave comments directly on your live site—or, if you prefer, email us. No chat bots. No help-desk queues. Just a straightforward line to your creative team.
Once your site is rooted, we shift into content upkeep: text swaps, image updates, blog posts, event banners, SEO tune-ups, etc. Any further design changes can be added via our Pantry Add-Ons.
Absolutely. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we’ll adjust your plan—moving up to add more creative horsepower or down if you need a lighter touch.
Add-Ons are optional extras—like a quarterly site refresh, extra merch designs, or a printable guide—available monthly or one-off. Browse the Pantry, pick what you need, and we’ll slot it into your next month’s work.
We bill you on a flat monthly subscription. Your price is predictable—no surprises or hidden fees. Add-Ons appear as separate line items in the month you request them.
Our service runs on an active subscription—because we host, maintain, and support your site every month, we can’t “hold” your spot without payment. If billing stops, your site goes offline until you reactivate. When you’re ready to come back, simply resume your membership and we’ll get you back online.
Because we reserve your spot, build custom work, and allocate time in advance, we don’t offer refunds on months already paid. We do, however, strive to deliver clear value every month.

We don’t offer social-media management as part of membership—yet. If it’s something you’re interested in, let us know and we can arrange to bring on a specialist to handle it for you.
Yes—your membership includes managed hosting on our secure servers, daily backups, and SSL certificates. If you need us to transfer an existing domain (or register a new one), we’ll take care of the whole process.

Absolutely. We set you up with Google Analytics (or your tool of choice) and send a quarterly performance snapshot —pageviews, top content, load speeds, and SEO health.
We apply software updates, plugin patches, and run daily off-site backups as part of maintenance. If anything breaks, we restore to the last healthy version—no extra charge.
Any unused major design slots during your 3-month Design Window expire at the end of that period. We recommend batching your feedback so you get the most value while the window’s open.
No hidden fees—your monthly subscription covers everything listed. Any third-party costs (stock fonts, premium plugins, ad spend) we’ll run by you before moving forward.
